Why This Company Exists
After more than 20 years in the home improvement industry, our founders kept running into the same pattern. Homeowners would buy windows on the strength of a "lifetime warranty," then discover — usually at the worst possible moment — that the promise was written to protect the contractor rather than the person who paid for the work.
They decided there had to be a better way to do this. Forever Windows was built around that idea: premium products, installed properly, standing behind what we sell. It's where the name comes from, and it's why the warranty is the first thing we talk about and the last thing we'd ever water down.

Meet the Owner
Don Frost — Owner
Don grew up in Jay, Maine, and moved to North Carolina over 30 years ago. After serving in the U.S. Navy and spending more than two decades in the window industry, he decided to start Forever Windows and build the kind of company he always wanted to work for.
Don is more than just the owner — he's involved in all aspects of the business and takes pride in being part of the team. Whether he's helping guide the company, connecting with customers, or jumping in front of the camera for one of our fun company videos, he believes in leading by example and with passion.
Outside of work, Don enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and all things music. He's married with two daughters and two well-spoiled dogs, and proudly serves as president of his local BNI chapter.

After serving in the U.S. Navy and spending more than two decades in the window industry, Don founded Forever Windows to build the kind of company he always wanted to work for. He leads the team with a hands-on approach and a commitment to standing behind every job.
Sarah Frost — General Manager
Sarah has been a part of Forever Windows since day one, helping her husband build the company from the ground up. She does a little bit of everything and plays an important role in keeping the company moving forward. When she's not working, you'll likely find her spending time with her family or spoiling her two very loved fur babies.
Dan Minnick — Production Manager · 20+ years in the industry
With many years of experience in the window industry, Dan brings knowledge, care, and a hands-on approach to everything he does. As our Production Manager, he not only helps oversee our installations but also installs windows himself alongside his son. Having worked with our owner for 20 years, he has been a trusted part of the Forever Windows team and takes pride in doing the job right.
Ray Davis — Project Developer · 10+ years in the industry
Ray has spent years in the home improvement industry, starting out going door-to-door for six years before working his way into his role today. He's worked alongside our owner for many years and has become a trusted part of the Forever Windows team. He genuinely enjoys helping homeowners find improvements that make their homes more comfortable and that they'll be happy with for years to come. Outside of work, Ray is all about his family. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids, and whenever they get the chance, you'll probably find them out on the boat enjoying a day on the water.
Lynette Mayberry — Service & Installation Manager
With over 10 years of customer service and operations management experience, Lynette helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, from processing orders to assisting customers throughout the installation process. Apart from work, Lynette loves being a mom to her little boy, who never fails to keep her on her toes.
Beth Golaszewski — Office Administrator
Beth has been a valued part of the Forever Windows team since 2022. As the heart of our front office, she keeps everything balanced behind the scenes. From customer and employee paperwork to financing and important records, her attention to detail and dedication help ensure that our customers have a smooth, organized experience from start to finish.
Summer Fulbright — Marketing Manager
Summer graduated from Statesville High School and has been part of the company for 2 years. She enjoys helping others, learning new things, and working toward goals that help herself and the company thrive. When she's not at work, she loves going on adventures, trying new things, and making memories with the people she loves.
Lexi Haynes — Director of Digital Marketing
Lexi is a Forsyth Tech graduate and the Director of Digital Marketing at Forever Windows. She works alongside her mom and dad, bringing creativity and a personal touch to the company's marketing and community presence. She likes to spend her spare time with friends and family, from new adventures to staying in.
What Makes Us Different
Veteran-owned and family-run. Don served in the Navy. His wife Sarah runs the business alongside him, and their daughter Lexi handles the marketing. There's a military discount for those who've served.
The True Double Lifetime Warranty. It's the reason the company exists. We go through the full terms with you in person during your free consultation.
Better vinyl. Our window frames are made from 99% pure virgin vinyl — not recycled. Recycled vinyl doesn't hold up, and on a window you intend to keep, that difference shows.
How the consultation works. Free, in your home, about an hour. We ask that all homeowners be there so everyone hears the same thing and questions get answered once. Your quote is then held for a full year under our one-year price guarantee.
One contractor for the whole exterior. Windows, sliding glass doors, siding, soffit and fascia, porch ceilings, gutters and downspouts.
Financing available. We work with several trusted lenders, so there are a few different programs available to qualified buyers — terms as long as 15 years, 24 months same as cash, zero down, and deferred payment options that let you hold off starting payments for three or six months.
Local. Based at 1120 N Barkley Rd in Statesville, serving roughly a 40-mile radius across Iredell, Rowan, Catawba, Cabarrus, Davie, Forsyth, Davidson, Mecklenburg, Caldwell and Wilkes counties.
